CAPM currently requires 15 PDUs in a three-year cycle, including at least 9 Education PDUs and no more than 6 Giving Back PDUs, with minimums in each PMI Talent Triangle skill area.
Fit it into the PMI structure
Keep the overall PDU total separate from Education, Giving Back, and Talent Triangle fields so one completed category does not hide a shortage in another.
Report as you go
PMI directs certification holders to report PDUs in CCRS. Recording activities soon after completion reduces end-of-cycle reconstruction and missing-evidence problems.
Renewal is more than earning PDUs
When the requirement is complete, follow the current PMI renewal workflow and fee step. Your personal tracker is a planning aid, not the certification record.
