Why the state table is only a planning baseline
Professional engineering licensure is controlled by the jurisdiction. Activity eligibility, exemptions, carryover, audit records, provider rules, renewal dates, and special ethics or law content can change independently of the headline PDH total.
If you hold multiple PE licenses
Build a separate requirement row for every state. Then compare overlapping subject matter and dates. Never assume that one course counts in two jurisdictions simply because both use the term PDH.
