Salesforce publishes maintenance content by credential and release. Start from the exact credential in Trailhead rather than applying one seasonal module across all certifications.
Use the current release requirement
Winter, Spring and Summer maintenance units are separate. Save the release label and completion status with your credential record so an old seasonal requirement is not carried forward.
Verify the status after Trailhead completion
Complete the required maintenance content and check that the credential remains current. A countdown page is a planning aid, not the issuer record.
