Keep completion certificates, provider details, dates, eligible hours/credits, category labels, and any reporting confirmation required by your credential authority.

Keep a complete activity record

Store activity title, provider, completion date, original credit amount/unit, category, certificate or attendance evidence, and any identifier the authority requires.

Preserve the rule you relied on

Save the authority source and verification date beside the activity log. If the rule changes later, you can distinguish the old cycle from the new one.

Audit the log before the authority does

Look for duplicates, missing certificates, blank dates, mismatched totals and activities near category caps before filing the renewal.

Verify the governing ruleThis page explains a planning method, not a universal licensing rule. If your credential has a mandatory total, category, provider, or reporting rule, use the issuing authority as the final source.
Decision boundary: LearnWithShery explains the workflow and helps you plan it. The university, scholarship provider, immigration authority, recognition body or professional regulator makes the final decision for your case.
