Keep ethics visible
HRCI currently requires all certificants to fulfill one Ethics credit as part of the overall recertification-credit requirement. Reaching the total does not excuse that subrequirement.

Keep dates, activity evidence, category, and provider information in case the recertification submission is selected for audit. HRCI also permits qualifying surplus-credit carryover under its current program, so retain the original activity records.
