Put every renewal date, personal finish target, mandatory-credit milestone, reporting deadline, and payment step on one calendar.

Build one source-of-truth record

Store the credential, authority, cycle dates, required total, mandatory categories, completed eligible activities, source URL, and verification date together rather than scattering them across notes.

Separate requirement from progress

The requirement should come from the authority; progress should come from your documented activities. Keeping those fields separate makes it obvious whether a change came from a new rule or newly completed work.

Finish with confirmation

A plan is not complete when the arithmetic reaches zero. Record the reporting/submission step, payment if applicable, and the final confirmation that the credential or license remains active.

Verify the governing ruleThis page explains a planning method, not a universal licensing rule. If your credential has a mandatory total, category, provider, or reporting rule, use the issuing authority as the final source.
Decision boundary: LearnWithShery explains the workflow and helps you plan it. The university, scholarship provider, immigration authority, recognition body or professional regulator makes the final decision for your case.
