Use the state regulator

Real-estate CE is state-specific. Verify the current hours, mandatory topics, first-renewal rules, provider approval, and license term with the regulator that issued the license.

Do not stop at the headline total

Mandatory legal, agency, fair-housing, contract, ethics, or other topic components can make a licensee incomplete even when the total-hour number is met.

Keep completion evidence

Retain provider and completion records and verify the renewal status after filing, especially when the regulator or provider reports CE electronically.
